RAMP River Run – 3K, 5K, & 1/2 Marathon Run 2026

The race.

RAMP River Run takes place August 15, 2026, in downtown Rockford, Illinois, offering a 3K walk/wheel, 5K run, and half marathon. All proceeds benefit RAMP Disability Resources & Services. The event is USATF certified and part of the 2026 RRR Circuit. Packet pickup occurs Thursday, August 13 from noon to 6 p.m. at RAMP, 202 Market Street, or Saturday morning starting at 6:30 a.m. at City Market Pavilion. Race-day registration runs 6:30 to 7:00 a.m. Race shirts are guaranteed to those registering by July 20; those who raise $50 for RAMP by that date also earn a shirt. The course closes at 10:45 a.m. Age groups for the 5K and half marathon span 8 and under through 75+, divided by gender.
