Reach Out and Run 5K 2026

The race.

The Reach Out and Run 5K takes place on August 29, 2026, in Medway, MA, featuring a USATF-certified 5K course with both run and walk options. Registration costs $30 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under, with all fees supporting Medway House Family Shelter, Franklin Food Pantry, and Medway Village Food Pantry. Participants who register by August 7 receive a race shirt available for pickup with their race bib on race day. Medals are awarded to top male and female finishers and top finishers in each age group. A kids run follows the 5K, and family activities including crafts and games are available.
