The race.
The Read Feed Run Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving morning in Morristown, NJ, featuring a 5K run, a 1-mile fun walk/run, and a kids' trot for children 12 and under. The 5K begins at 8:30 a.m., with the 1-mile event starting around 8:45 a.m. and the kids' trot at 9:15 a.m. Packet pickup and on-site registration open at 7:00 a.m., followed by an awards ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Proceeds benefit Literacy Volunteers of Morris County and the Interfaith Food Pantry Network.
