About the race
The race.
The Ribbon Run Revolution 5K takes place on September 19, 2026, at Lilburn City Park with a start time of 8 AM. This event benefits the American Cancer Society and honors cancer survivors while supporting research and care programs. Participants can choose from a 3.1-mile race, 1-mile run, Kids' Dash, or virtual 5K option. The race features a tribute wall, color-coded ribbons representing cancer types, survivor celebrations, and motivational signage along the course. Awards are given to overall, masters, and grandmasters categories, with additional survivor recognition. This event is part of the WRG Race Series.
