Nona Fear Rise & Trot 5K Thanksgiving Day • Lake Nona • Orlando, Florida Start your Thanksgiving morning with movement, community, and purpose at the Nona Fear Rise & Trot 5K, starting at the Lake Nona Performance Club.

Whether you are racing for a personal best, walking with family, or simply earning your Thanksgiving feast, this event is designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Hosted by Nona Fear, our mission is to inspire kids and families to live actively, confidently, and fearlessly through running and community connection.
