The race.
RIVAL ERG is a 60-minute solo fitness competition held August 30, 2026, in Jessup, MD. Participants rotate through three machines—Ski Erg, Echo Bike, and Row Erg—spending 20 minutes on each with 2-minute transitions between stations. The goal is to cover the maximum total distance across all three disciplines. Start waves begin at 9:00 AM and launch every 22 minutes, with assignments sent via email the Thursday before the event. Each competitor is assigned a dedicated lane for the full duration.
