River Rock 'N Run 5K 2026

The race.

The River Rock 'N Run 5K takes place on Sunday, November 22, 2026, in Brick, NJ, with a 9am start time for runners, walkers, and relay participants. Bib pickup begins at 8am at River Rock. Participants can run the 5K solo on a two-loop course or join a relay team where each runner completes a 1.5-mile loop; relay teams can be organized by family, co-workers, gender, mixed, or student divisions. Registration includes post-race food and prizes at River Rock Restaurant, with t-shirts guaranteed for the first 200 registrants. One hundred percent of proceeds benefit Fulfill, the Monmouth/Ocean County Foodbank, in support of the Thanksgiving season. The race is capped at 250 participants.
