The race.
The Rochester Ugly Sweater 5K takes place on December 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Webster, NY at North Ponds Park. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance. All runners receive a custom long-sleeve shirt and finisher medal, while walkers receive a custom winter beanie and finisher medal. Awards are given to top overall finishers, age group winners, and the ugly sweater contest. A post-race party with food and drink specials is held at Mary Wee Pub in Webster. The event benefits Friends of Webster Park.
