The race.
Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026 takes place Sunday, September 13 at Rochester Community Park in Rochester, Illinois, featuring a 5K race and 1-mile fun run/walk. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon and includes live music, food trucks, and wellness vendors. Participants can pick up race shirts and medals at packet pickup; shirts and medals are also available at the finish line while supplies last. All proceeds support free counseling sessions for uninsured individuals and those in need. Registration closes August 16, 2026; registrations after that date will not receive a hoodie, and medal availability at the finish line is subject to supply.
