Rock the Block 2026

The race.

Rock the Block 2026 is a 5K race held in Asheboro, NC on October 17th, hosted by the Shine Bright Foundation to support individuals with Autism and Down Syndrome. Early bird registration is $30 through September 1st, with regular registration at $35 thereafter. Runners who register by September 1st receive an official race t-shirt. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers in both male and female categories, plus age group winners across ten divisions from 10 and under through 70 and over. The event runs from 10 AM to 3 PM and includes food trucks, local vendors, a live DJ, raffle prizes, and bounce houses for families.
