About the race
The race.
RTC members and one guest per member can participate in this swim and bike event on July 3rd, 2026, at Robious Landing Park in Midlothian, VA. The open water swim covers 1500 yards and begins at 7:50 AM, with wheels rolling on the bike at 9:05 AM for a 19-mile out-and-back ride on rural roads. A post-event brunch will be provided by the club starting around 10:00 AM. All swimmers must wear bright swim caps and safety buoys, and a safety briefing will occur at 7:55 AM. Online registration and waiver completion are required, and participants should arrive by 7:50 AM.
