About the race
The race.
The Rudolph Run 5K Run/Walk takes place on Christmas Eve morning in Shelbyville, Indiana on paved trails. The course is flat and uses chip timing. Reindeer-themed trophies are awarded to the top 20 male and female overall finishers and to first through third place finishers in each age group. All finishers receive reindeer medals. A free kids run begins at 8:30 a.m. Registration and restroom facilities are available at the warm start/finish location. Proceeds benefit Pantry Pals, a Shelby County Food Bank.
