Run and Creep 5k 2026

The race.

The Run and Creep 5K is a run/walk event held October 17, 2026, at Renaissance Athletic Club in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The race starts at 8:00 a.m., and participants must complete the course within 90 minutes. Packet pickup occurs the morning of the event from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. at the race location. Finishers receive race shirts if registered by October 4 at midnight; later registrants receive shirts while supplies last. All registration fees and sponsorship funds support race expenses, with any surplus donated to Berrien County Cancer Services, which has provided oncology nursing and medical equipment services to Southwest Michigan residents since 1948. Walking the course is permitted.
