Run Branch County 5k & Half Marathon 2026

The race.

Run Branch County hosts a 5K and Half Marathon on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in Coldwater, Michigan, with an 8 a.m. start time. Registration fees range from $30–$40 for the 5K and $60–$80 for the Half Marathon depending on registration date, with a $5 discount available for groups of three or more. All finishers receive a medal; t-shirts are provided to participants who register by August 1. Age-group awards go to the top three male and female finishers in each of eight categories (13 and under through 70+) for both distances. Packet pickup occurs Saturday, September 5, from 1–4 p.m. or race morning from 6–7:30 a.m. at Dr. Robert Browne Recreation Center. The 5K includes one aid station at 1.5 miles; the Half Marathon has five aid stations between miles 3.6 and 10.6, with water and sports drink at all stations and restrooms at miles 5.0 and 9.0. A free kids' 50-yard dash is also offered. Event proceeds benefit local youth athletic organizations.
