The race.

The Run Duck Run 10K Duathlon on July 11, 2026, in Chapel Hill, Tennessee features a three-segment course: approximately 1.5 miles of running on a rubber greenway, approximately 2 miles of paddling on the Duck River, and approximately 2.5 miles of trail running along the Duck River Trail. The event starts and finishes at Henry Horton State Park at Shelter 4 and includes varied terrain such as grass, rubberized greenway, pavement, and trail. Participants must be proficient kayakers on Class 1 water and wear life jackets; aid stations are positioned at river access points. All finishers receive a t-shirt, medal, post-race drink, and snack.
