Run Elf Run! 2026

The race.

Run Elf Run takes place December 5, 2026, in downtown Pontiac, starting at the corner of Saginaw and Pike at 8:00 am. The event features a 3.1-mile run/walk and a separate 0.25-mile kids' run beginning at 9:00 am. Packet pickup occurs Friday, December 4th from 3–7 pm or race morning from 6:30–8:00 am at 7 North building. All 5K participants receive a finisher's medal, long-sleeve t-shirt, race bib, and finish-line refreshments including a beer and pretzel (soft drink available). Top 5K finishers earn candy cane trophies; overall male and female winners receive certificates for running shoes from Runnin' Gear. Children in the kids' run receive a medal, Scholastic book, and ice cream treat. The race precedes the 45th annual Holiday Extravaganza Parade.
