The race.

This run for breast cancer awareness offers four distances—1 mile, 5K, 10K, and 13.1 miles—held August 29, 2026, in Centennial, Colorado. Participants select from four staggered wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with waves filling on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration includes a race bib provided on race day, a technical running shirt shipped to your address, a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway item, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. Timing is optional; runners may use a personal tracking app or request coordinator assistance. All ages and paces are welcome to run or walk, with participants under 18 needing a guardian. A virtual run option is available, allowing participants to complete the distance at any time and location. Organizer The Best Races also invites finishers to join local running clubs and offers optional post-race fundraising, with $1 donated per mile logged after the event.
