The race.
Run for Liberty 5K takes place Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Jersey City, NJ, at Liberty State Park. The event offers a USATF-certified 5K run along the Hudson River waterfront, plus a 3-mile option, 1-mile fun run, and virtual 5K run. Finishers receive an official race t-shirt, and the 5K features official chip timing with age group awards. Post-race snacks and a recovery zone are available. All proceeds benefit Friends of Liberty State Park.
