Run For Rangers takes place November 14–15, 2026, in Dahlonega, Georgia, offering six race distances: a 5K starting at 9:15 a.m. and 10K at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at Hancock Park, a 13.1-mile half marathon on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. starting and finishing at Camp Merrill airfield, and combination Mountain Challenge options. The half marathon course uses forestry service roads through the Appalachian Mountains near the Appalachian Trail. Age group and overall awards (1st–3rd place) are presented in each category. Race day registration opens at 7:30 a.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. T-shirts are available; preregistration is strongly encouraged to guarantee a shirt. Food, beverages including wine and beer, and a kids play area are available, with additional festivities including a Veterans Day parade and music festival in Historic Downtown Dahlonega on Saturday.
