Run for the Dogs - St. Louis 2026

The race.

Run for the Dogs 5K takes place on September 6, 2026, at 9:00 am in St. Louis at Queeny Park. The chip-timed 5K course is flat and run through the park. Packet pickup occurs one hour before the race start. All finishers receive a t-shirt, medal, and dog charm, with treats available at the finish line for both participants and dogs. Proceeds benefit a local animal rescue. Participants may run or walk with pets on a short lead, or run virtually.
