Run For The Hills Cross Country 5K & 1-Mile Family Walk takes place July 19, 2026, in Seven Hills, Ohio. The 5K follows a cross-country course with grass, gravel, wooded trail, and paved sections; the 1-mile walk is untimed and open to all ages. The 5K features chip timing, overall and age-group awards, and a Panera meal for top finishers in each age group. All participants receive a finisher medal and post-race refreshments. Registration closes July 19 at 8:30 a.m.; online entry ends July 10 to guarantee a T-shirt. The 5K is limited to 140 participants at $30 per person; the family walk has no entry cap at $40 per family. The 1-mile walk starts at 8:15 a.m., the 5K at 8:45 a.m.
