The race.
Run Rockaway Beach End of Summer races on August 22, 2026, starting at 8:00 am from the boardwalk at Beach 94th Street in Rockaway Beach, NY. The event offers a 5K out-and-back course and a half marathon covering two loops, both starting and finishing at Beach 94th Street on the boardwalk. The half marathon route runs west to Beach 124th Street, then east to Beach 54th Street before returning. Bib tags and t-shirts are provided at 6:00 am packet pickup. All finishers receive a medal, with water and Gatorade available at multiple course locations. Public parking is available in the lot at Beach 94th Street.
