Run the Vineyards - Rocklands Farm 5K 2026

The race.

Run the Vineyards hosts a 5K race on October 25, 2026, at Rocklands Farm Winery in Poolesville, MD. The chip-timed race begins at 9:00 AM with a one-hour time limit requested. The course features cross-country-style terrain combining hard-packed dirt, gravel, and grass trails. Participants receive a custom tech shirt, souvenir wine glass, and optional finisher medal (additional fee). Awards go three-deep in overall and age group categories (Under 14, 15–19, 20–29, and every ten years thereafter). An after-party includes complimentary wine for those 21+, live music until noon, food truck service, and complimentary race photos. Packet pickup runs from 8:30–9:30 AM on race morning; registration deadline for guaranteed shirt selection is October 11.
