Run the Vineyards - Sips, Tricks or Sweets 5K 2026

The race.

Run the Vineyards hosts a Halloween-themed 5K race on October 31, 2026, in Bangor, PA, with a chipped 5K starting at 10 AM and a one-mile non-timed walk option starting at 10:05 AM. All finishers receive a custom tech tee (with long-sleeve upgrade available for $6) and a souvenir stemless wine glass; 5K participants also receive one glass of wine (ages 21+). Packet pickup runs from 8:30 to 9:30 AM race day at the Good Day for a Run tent. Age group awards are given for 14 & under, 15–19, 20–29, and each subsequent 10-year bracket, plus fastest overall male and female. The one-hour time limit applies to all distances. Registration by October 18 guarantees shirt selection; optional finisher medals are $8 during registration or $10 race day. Water stations, refreshments, and live entertainment are provided at the finish.
