The race.
Join the annual Thanksgiving Day 5K in Hamden, Connecticut on November 26, 2026. The race starts at 7:30 a.m. and benefits Hamden Community Services, which supports food distribution, community youth programs, and emergency assistance initiatives. Participants of all ages and experience levels are welcome to run or walk the 5K course. Costume participation is encouraged. A portion of race proceeds supports the organization's community programs.
