Run/Walk 4LIFE 5K is a virtual event presented by the Foundation for Christian Counseling, running from September 19–26, 2026. Participants complete a 5K on their own schedule using any tracking method, including GPS apps like Garmin, Strava, or MapMyRun, or manual timing. An optional in-person gathering takes place September 26 at Village Creek State Park in Wynne, Arkansas, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Registrants by August 15 receive a race t-shirt ($5 shipping applies for mail delivery; in-person pickups available at the Wynne gathering). Virtual finishers who submit results receive printable certificates; medals are awarded to top three finishers by gender in each age group, or top three overall if participant numbers are low. Family and youth discounts apply. Proceeds benefit the Foundation for Christian Counseling's programs including a crisis helpline, marriage counseling, parenting resources, and sexual wholeness support.
