The race.

Run With All Your Heart 5K is a 5-kilometer race held on September 26, 2026, in Columbia, South Carolina, benefiting Curing Kids Cancer and pediatric cancer research. The event starts at 9:00 AM at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine (6311 Garners Ferry Road). Packet pickup and race day registration open at 8:00 AM on race day, with online registration available until midnight September 19th. Awards are given to the top three finishers in overall male and female categories, masters (40+), and age groups ranging from 5–9 through 80 and above, plus recognition for the top three teams. Teams of four or more participants receive a $5-per-person discount on registration fees.
