Run4Life takes place November 7, 2026, at Caine Halter Family YMCA in Greenville, SC. The event features a 5K run/walk, 1-mile walk, and 400-meter kids' fun run. Packet pickup occurs Friday from noon to 6 p.m., with race day registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. The 1-mile walk starts at 8:45 a.m. and the 5K at 9:00 a.m., followed by the kids' fun run at 10:00 a.m. and awards at 10:15 a.m. Proceeds benefit the Prisma Health Cancer Institute.
