The race.
Running For A Cure: Georgia Mae's Peachy 5K takes place on October 17, 2026 at 8 a.m. CDT at the Leitchfield Sports Complex in Leitchfield, Kentucky. The 3.1-mile event is open to walkers and runners of all ages. Packet pickup begins at 7 a.m. on race morning. Registration costs $25 per person; those registering by October 2, 2026 receive a race-day t-shirt. Awards are given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers, plus top 3 finishers in youth (14 and under, 15–18), and adult age groups (19–29, 30–45, 46–59, 60+). All proceeds benefit Cincinnati Children's Hospital for Acute Myeloid Leukemia research.
