Running of the Turkeys 5k 2026

The race.

The Running of the Turkeys 5K takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2026, in Downtown Roswell, Georgia, with the race starting and finishing on Canton Street at 8:00 a.m. Participants can run in-person or virtually. All finishers receive a turkey-themed giveaway and tri-blend long sleeve t-shirt. The event benefits Friends of Roswell Police, which supports local families and seniors throughout the year. Mandatory packet pickup is available November 23–25 at three locations: Hampton Inn in Alpharetta, Gate City Brewing Company in Roswell, or Big Peach Running Company East Cobb in Marietta. Race-day packet pickup is available for a $10 fee, or bibs can be mailed for $10. Virtual participants receive a shirt and gloves.
