Running Scared 5K/13K - Portland (Washougal) 2026

The race.

Running Scared 5K & 13K takes place on October 10, 2026, in Washougal, WA, starting and finishing at Captain William Clark Park. Participants can enter either the 5K or 13K distance, with a "Deadly Double" option to complete both races. All finishers receive a long-sleeve race shirt and custom finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers by gender in each distance, plus top three finishers in Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Masters, and five-year age group categories. Special awards recognize top three male and female finishers of the Deadly Double. Costumes are encouraged.
