The race.
Running Scared 5K takes place on October 31, 2026, in Charlotte, NC, featuring multiple race options including a 5K, Monster Mile, 4-mile, and 5-mile distances, plus virtual entries. The 5K begins at 8:30 a.m. from the South Park area. All participants receive event shirts; those registered before the shirt deadline can choose from four designs. The 5K includes finisher medals, and awards go to the top three overall finishers in each gender and first place in all age divisions. Packet pickup occurs the day before at MOTION Fitness (2101 Rexford Rd #50w). Proceeds benefit Carolina Breast Friends.
