The race.
RunTough 2026 takes place on September 27 in Saline, MI, offering multiple participation options. The in-person event at Saline High School's Hornet Stadium includes a 5K road race through the campus and neighborhood, a 1-mile fun run along Campus Drive, and a toddler sprint on the football field at 3:15 p.m. Virtual 5K registration is also available with the option to receive a race packet by mail. Packet pickup for local participants is Friday, September 25, from 12–6 p.m. at the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation office (201 W. Michigan Ave) or starting at 1 p.m. on race day at the stadium. All proceeds benefit the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation's pediatric brain cancer research initiatives.
