Salute Red, White, and Blue 2026

The race.

Salute Red, White, and Blue takes place November 7, 2026, at Camp Shelby in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, with start and finish at the Mississippi Armed Forces Museum. Participants may choose an 11-mile course, 11K, or 5K, all on paved roads. The 11-mile race begins at 8:00 a.m. with a cannon start; the 11K and 5K awards ceremonies follow at 10:00 a.m. and approximately 10:30 a.m., respectively. All finishers receive a medal. Packet pickup is available Wednesday and Friday at two locations (Fleet Feet Hattiesburg and South Gate Armory), or Saturday morning from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. A finisher's party featuring grilled food and beverages takes place at the parade field. Race proceeds benefit the Mississippi Youth ChalleNGe Academy.
