Sandy Claus 5k and Mistletoe Fun Run 2026

The race.

The Sandy Claus 5K takes place on December 12, 2026, on Jekyll Island, Georgia. The 5K starts at 6:30 a.m., with the Mistletoe Fun Run beginning at 7:00 a.m. Both events start and finish at Pier Road and Hopkins Avenue. Packet pickup is available Friday, December 12, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Jekyll Island entrance off Highway 17, and Saturday morning from 5:30 to 6:45 a.m. at the start area. Finishers receive one-of-a-kind medals and holiday-inspired swag. Overall and age group awards are given to top finishers across age divisions from 0–10 through 80+. The race runs under lights and includes refreshments at the finish line.
