The race.
The Santa Shuffle: Speed the Light takes place on December 5, 2026, in Krum, Texas, featuring a 10K (6.2 miles), 5K (3.1 miles), and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk. The 10K starts at 7:00 AM, the 5K at 7:10 AM, and the Fun Run/Walk at 7:20 AM. Both the 5K and 10K races are chip-timed. All finishers receive a medal, and overall male and female winners receive special awards. A prize is awarded for the most festively dressed participant. Participants who register by November 15, 2026, are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Proceeds benefit Speed the Light, an organization supporting global missions.
