Saturday in the Park Women's 5K 2026

The race.

Jersey Shore Running Club hosts its 33rd annual women's 5K run and walk on August 29, 2026, at Thompson Park in Lincroft, NJ. The race starts at 8:30 a.m., with packet pickup available from 7:30 a.m. race morning only. Net proceeds benefit women's organizations in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties that provide shelter, counseling, advocacy, and education services. Women's style shirts are provided to the first 200 registrants, and all finishers receive a gift. Registration is limited to 250 participants, with pre-registration closing August 28. Kids races follow at approximately 9:30 a.m. Strollers are not permitted.
