The race.

The Seven Bends Adventure Race takes place July 11–12, 2026, in Woodstock, VA, along the North Fork of the Shenandoah River. Saturday features a 7-hour adventure race combining mountain biking, trekking, and paddling (with a trek-only option available), with boats provided by organizers. Sunday offers a 7-mile Aqua Blaze consisting of approximately 5 miles of running and 2 miles of paddling, also with provided boats or the option to bring your own watercraft. Both events award USARA and Virginia State Parks Adventure Series points. A post-race awards celebration takes place at Muse Vineyards. Optional camping is available nearby.
