The race.

The Shark Week Showdown 5K and 10K takes place on July 12, 2026, in Tulsa, OK at 23rd Street. The 5K starts at 7:00 AM following the Kids Dash at 6:55 AM, with packet pickup from 5:30 to 6:40 AM. Both distances are chip-timed and include race tees, finisher medals, and post-race treats. Age-group awards span 14 categories from 10 and under through 70+, with first overall male and female winners receiving Bigfoot trophies and Masters (40+) runners earning recognition pins. Aid stations are positioned along the course, and music plays at the start and finish line. Bigfoot Running Company hosts the event.
