Sherman Lake YMCA Kids ROAR 2026

The race.

The Sherman Lake YMCA Kids ROAR takes place on September 13, 2026, in Augusta, Michigan. This obstacle adventure race offers two course distances of 1 or 2 miles and is open to children ages 5–14, with children ages 5–7 requiring a parent to accompany them. The course includes mud pits, water, color obstacles, and monkey bars. Online registration closes September 11 at 11:59 p.m. or at capacity, with no race day registration available. Participants who register by August 21 receive a Kids ROAR t-shirt. Adults ages 15 and older may participate for a $10 registration fee that includes a t-shirt; families with three or more children in the same household receive a $5 discount per child. Post-race activities include games and refreshments.
