The race.

The Shore 2 The Pour Beach Run takes place on August 22, 2026, in Stratford, Connecticut. This 3-mile race starts at 9:30 a.m. and features a mixed-terrain course including park driveways, town roads, hard-packed grass paths through the Audubon Center, and a final stretch on sand along the beach. The race begins and ends at Short Beach near pavilion 1. Entry is $45 and includes a race t-shirt, medal, and two beers. A portion of proceeds supports Audubon Connecticut at Stratford Point. Pre-race check-in is available Friday, August 21st at Two Roads Brewing Company; day-of check-in runs 7:30–9:15 a.m. on race morning. Registration closes August 2nd to guarantee shirt size. A kids fun run with free participation medals begins at 11:00 a.m.
