About the race
The race.
The Shuck & Share 5K +1 takes place on October 4, 2026, in Shelton, WA, starting at 8:00 AM from the Huff and Puff location across from Shelton High School. Participants can choose between a 5K or 4-mile distance on a flat loop course. All race proceeds support Project Share, a program assisting low-income families with electric bills. Entry is $25 for ages 15 and older, or by donation for those 14 and under; race-day registration costs $30 and runs from 6:30 to 7:30 AM. Early registrants receive a swag bag and save $5.
