The race.
The Sickle Cell Statewide 5K Run, Walk, or Jog takes place September 19, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, starting and finishing at Robert B.S. Park on Greenwood Avenue in the historic Greenwood District. The 5K course measures 3.1 miles and begins at 9:00 a.m. Registration opens with early bird pricing of $30 through August 1st, regular pricing of $35 from August 2 through September 18th at noon, and race day registration at $40. Teams of 10 or more participants qualify for $30 per person pricing. All finishers receive medals, and participants who register by August 1st receive swag bags. The event benefits Sickle Cell Disease research and treatment.
