Sidewalk Shuffle 5K 2026

The race.

The Sidewalk Shuffle 5K takes place July 8, 2026, in Duluth, Minnesota, organized by the Lake Superior YMCA. The 5K starts at noon and begins and ends at the Lakewalk at Endion Station, following an out-and-back route heading east along the shore. The event welcomes participants ages 6 and older, including walkers, runners, and those using strollers or wheelchairs. Award categories include 1st place finishers in youth (6–12) and teen (13–17) divisions by gender, plus 1st through 3rd place in the adult (18+) category by gender, along with team awards for all-male, all-female, and co-ed teams. An awards ceremony will be held between 12:45 and 1:15 p.m., with results posted on the Duluth Y website and timing partner sites. Tee-shirts will be distributed on a best-effort basis.
