The race.
The Sinnemahone Ultra Trail Run offers three distance options—12K, 25K, and 50K—on October 17, 2026, in Emporium, PA. The course combines rail and trail running, dirt roads, and passages through Elk State Forest. All distances start and finish in Emporium and feature aid stations along the route. Post-race food is provided for finishers.
