Skippin & Sippin 5K & PHun Walk/Run 2026

The race.

The Skippin & Sippin 5K & PHun Walk/Run takes place October 24, 2026, in Gulf Shores, Alabama, as part of the annual Meeting of the Minds event. The 5K course starts and finishes in Gulf Shores. Registration opens with early bird pricing at $30 for ages 13 and up and $25 for ages 12 and under through August 13, with prices increasing at later deadlines. To guarantee a race-day t-shirt, participants must register by October 9. Awards include top overall male and female finishers plus top three finishers in age groups ranging from 9 and under through 80 and up. All participants who complete the 5K receive finisher prizes. An after-party celebration follows at LuLu's Gulf Shores. Proceeds support breast cancer patients and survivors in Gulf Shores and surrounding communities, as well as eligible Parrot Head members nationwide.
