About the race
The race.
Two races start together on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at St. Margaret Mary Church in Slidell, Louisiana: a 5K and a 1-mile event. Both distances use chip timing. The 1-mile course welcomes runners and walkers of all ages. The 5K is recommended for those expected to finish in 50 minutes or less. Participants may register for only one distance. Children 4 and under may join without registration but will not receive bibs or awards; participants 5 and older must be registered to participate on the courses.
