About the race
The race.
The Sloth Run takes place on June 20, 2026, in Centennial, Colorado, offering distances of 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and 13.1 miles. Participants can choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with waves filling on a first-come, first-served basis. Running or walking at any pace is welcome for all ages (participants under 18 must have a guardian). Finishers receive a technical running shirt (shipped to a U.S. address), a finisher's medal, a towel or giveaway item, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. Optional timing is available through personal tracking apps or coordinator assistance; no timing chips are used. A virtual run option is also available. Registration is capped per wave and may sell out quickly.
