Sloth Run offers 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and 1-mile options on June 20, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. Participants may choose from four wave start times beginning at 5:30 AM, with coordinators available for three hours after the first wave. Running and walking are both welcome for all ages (children under 18 must have a guardian). Each finisher receives a technical running shirt, finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway, digital training pack, online results, and certificate of completion; the shirt is mailed to the registered US address the week of the race, and race bibs are provided on race day. Timing is optional—participants may track their own time using apps like Strava or RunKeeper and submit results, or ask coordinators for assistance; no timing chips are used. A virtual run option is available with the same finisher benefits. Optional post-race fundraising donates $1 per mile logged to partner charities.
