About the race
The race.
The Sloth Run offers 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and 1-mile distances on June 20, 2026, in Seattle, WA. Participants can choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with coordinators available for three hours after the first wave. All paces and ages welcome; participants may run or walk with optional timing via personal apps or coordinator assistance. Each registration includes a technical running shirt (shipped to a U.S. address), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate of completion. A virtual run option is also available. The Best Races invites finishers to join local running clubs and offers a charitable component where $1 per logged mile after the race supports partner charities.
